Recipe: Hot Corn Dip

I came across a recipe for this Hot Corn Dip on Gina Marie’s Kitchen and knew I had to try it! I did make a few changes to suit my personal preferences so check it out below!   Ingredients Needed: 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded 1 Cup Montery Jack Cheese, shredded 1/2 Cup Mayo 1 Can of Yellow Corn, drained 1 Can of Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilies, undrained 1 stalk Green Onions or about 2 TBS, thinly sliced 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder   Optional: 1 Cup of Cooked Chicken Breast, diced     Before you begin: Assemble your ingredients.
